The 6 Minutes to Skinny sounds like a dream come true. Right? Who wouldn’t want to lose weight in just six minutes a day? I know I would.

Is this a bad thing? Not really. The author is probably trying to give the user freedom to make up a diet plan that hits their taste buds.
